Concern with COVID-19
The SCHOOL and STUDENT(s) understand that the Coronavirus (the COVID-19 pandemic) is impacting many aspects of our day-to-day life.
We are aware that the COVID-19 pandemic may cause issues making it difficult for the SCHOOL to provide the high-quality instruction and / or services that STUDENTS have come to expect in the past. STUDENTS are aware that the COVID-19 pandemic may cause issues. If a COVID-19 issue should arise, making it difficult, impossible or improbable to continue operations as needed (due to a result of any Unforeseen Circumstances) the STUDENT and SCHOOL agree to work together to find a reasonable outcome. Please understand that due to these unforeseen circumstances, the SCHOOL is exercising their best efforts to accommodate each and every unforeseen circumstance as they occur.
Some of these Issues may include, but are not limited to: emergencies declared by the government, travel restrictions, mandatory closures, reduction of staff, and even the exposure to or the contraction of the COVID-19 virus by a STUDENT or Instructor.
